Refund Eligibility
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are only issued if:
- The return was approved and meets our return conditions.
- The product was unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (for example, credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as when:
- The item shows signs of use or wear.
- Original packaging or parts are missing.
- The product was returned outside of the allowed return period.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be offered for:
- Shipping costs, unless the return was due to our mistake (for example, a wrong or defective item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your card provider or bank – sometimes processing takes time.
